The trust “Jaspuria Trust for Education and Social Welfare” (JTESW) was established in 2008 by Hon. Shri Jailendra Kumar, a dedicated social worker. Guided by its noble motto, “Sarwa Jan Hitay, Sarwa Jan Sukhaya” (Welfare for All, Happiness for All), the trust is committed to promoting education and social development.

Jaspuria B.Ed. College (JBC), established in the academic year 2013–14, is a proud initiative of JTESW. It is a self-financed institution managed under a registered trust, striving to deliver quality education in the field of teacher training.

The institute offers the following programs:

• Undergraduate Course: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
• Diploma Course: Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)

The college is affiliated with Ranchi University, Ranchi and the Jharkhand Academic Council, and is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), New Delhi, along with the Directorate of Technical Education, Jharkhand State.
